You could try sour cream in it’s place or dairy free yogurt. Or if you just add another 1/3 cup of zucchini that may work as well.

I wouldn’t recommend the springform pan it’s pretty runny and may leak.

Unsweetened applesauce will be best but either will work. If you have sweetened just reduce sugar by a few tsps if you want it to be exact :)
