No egg, baking powder, or baking soda is needed. They are more of a shortbread style cookie :)

Hello, Jaclyn! These spiderweb cookies look very nice and funny in the same time and I think they are so delicious! And Halloween is coming and I really want to try them. Hi Gina – Unfortunately these spread quite a bit more. With regular cocoa powder and a little baking powder they may not spread out as much but for best results I’d stick with the gingerbread. :)

I was wondering can I use this recipe ( Halloween Spider cookie) for the Halloween Skeleton recipe? I wasn’t sure it would hold up like the ginger bread recipe the Skeleton recipe calls for.
