I made this recipe this evening and it was fantastic! I have a wheat allergy and could not use flour or regular panko. Instead I used a gluten-free panko and a gluten-free flour mixture. My sister who can tolerate wheat didn’t know the difference and thoroughly enjoyed her dinner. This will definitely be added to my recipe box. Thank you!!!

I made this recipe last night but with pork chops and it was DELICIOUS!!! My kids even loved it. I am usually daunted by things like having to pound the meat thin, but this was actually pretty easy to make. ADVICE: don’t use your fingers for breading, use a fork or tongs. So delicious and easy to make.
